About Voices Against Violence Foundation
1. ESTABLISMENT:
Voices Against Violence Foundation (VAVF) was founded by a group of passionate individuals committed to ending violence in all its forms. The initial idea of establishing this Foundation was actually conceived by Dr. Modesta Muoneke Esq. who before the establishment had been in the business of generally helping people who are violated one way or the other to find succor, help, hope, support, encouragement, and empowerment.
2. INITIAL FOCUS:
The Foundation started by addressing specific forms of violence, such as domestic violence, child abuse, child trafficking, violence against women and children, or community violence.
3.GROWTH AND EXPANSION:
a. Programmed Development: The Foundation developed programs to support survivors. It provides education, awareness, empowerment, and advocacy for policy changes.
b. Partnerships and Collaborations: The Foundation shall form partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and other NGOs to amplify its impact.
c. Global Research: As the Foundation grows, it shall expand its reach to address violence globally, working with international partners and organizations.
4. ACHIEVEMENTS
